As court hears case of Pussy Riot’s allegedly extremist video, prosecutor asks for time to prepare position on Samutsevich’s request to join as third party

On 15 November Moscow’s Zamoskvoretsky court heard the request by a prosecutor for the video of the so-called ‘punk-prayer’ by the Pussy Riot group, ‘Mother of God, Rid us of Putin!’, to be classified as extremist. The prosecutor asked the court to give him time to prepare a written answer in response to a petition by Ekaterina Samutsevich to join the case as a third party, Agora Human Rights Association, which is acting on behalf of Samutsevich, reports.
